  • Edah/Konmar/Laurus: Head of administration and information manager at Edah, Finance Director Finance of Konmar and Director IT of Laurus, assuring the IT merger of the 2 former companies, supporting 3 different chains with one IT landscape
  • Office Depot: CIO and VP IT International, merging Viking Direct/Office Depot with Guilbert, both 2 billion Euro companies serving in over 15 countries
  • Office Depot and Tech Depot: VP E-Commerce, enabling the transition from a traditional call centers to a multi-channel organization with full e-commerce suite (websites, social, EDI, …), and implementing a B2B web only sales company for IT equipment and peripherals
  • Mediq: CIO, creating one IT organization from scratch for both pharmacy and medical supplies companies in 7 European countries
  • Cyclomedia: COO, globally responsible for the planning, operations and IT of the image collection, secure storage and accessibility for customers
  • Vion Food Group: CIO, strategy development and implementation, innovation, M&A and divestments, re-building and re-connecting IT teams in NL and GE, re-establishing relationships with business
